Hi gang,
It’s the last week of classes before Chritmas so why don’t you come along and burn some caolries just in time for your Christmas treats!

Monday – Street dance 6.30-7.30pm The Leeds Dance studio, Zumba 8-9pm The West Park centre, Spen lane £5.00 a class

Tuesday – Fitness Pilates 7-8pm Fitness First Health club, Leeds, Non members £5.00 a class

Wednesday – Zumba 10-11am The West Park centre, Zumba 7-8pm The Milford Rugby club, Kirkstall £5.00 a class

Thursday – Zumba 6.30-7.30pm The Meanwood Community centre, £5.00 a class
