Hi Guys
Wow what a week end we had, it was amazing! The Fitness Fiesta in Hemsby was OFF THE HOOK!.. Great sessions, great atmosphere and great music! The weather was not the best however we had the choice of some amazing classes to attend from the likes of Lars Schuling, Claudio Melamed, Steve Watson, Nikkie Riozzi and Stuart Harrop to mention a few. I had a Street Sistaz team teach with Nikkie that was such fun!
These events have something for everyone whether you love dance class, or circuits, flexi bar, out door walks, step, Aerobics, pilates, kettle bells and much much more. It has to be seent o be believed!
Steve Watson was using Rachel Holmes and my brand new music from http:..infitnessmusic.com and he would not stop playing the Dance Anthems mix featuring hits from Fedde Le Grand, Freemasons, Michael Grey, Therese and many more. This is available to download NOW…. you need to have your own PPL license to be able to obtain these music mixes.
Tonight I am teaching at my Street Dance class in Leeds at the Leeds Dance Studio, 6.30pm all welcome.
