It’s Christmas Eve!!!!!!

Hi Guys,

Wow…. it’s the day before Christmas and the snow fell heavily last night here in Leeds!!! I am off to make a long journey down to Reading for Christmas with the family! I have lots of music packed in the car amongst blankets, food and drink….just in case!

Just to say have a wonderful festive period and I am already looking for to 2010 and what it holds for the Fitness industry! More fun, more learning and hopefully more people participating in exercise!

I would also like to say a HUGE thank you to the one and only Rachel Holmes and Lucy Johnson for their support and energy which is endless but very much appreciated!…and Lewis resident DIVA!

Look out for some free choreography on the site from myself in the New Year! I believe every little helps the FREESTYLER!!!! Rock the microphone!…. sorry I just went into song!
